When you use SupplyVerse, we collect: your email address and name (for authentication), the parts and prices you analyse (to provide the service and show your history), and basic usage data (pages visited, features used).
Your data is used solely to provide the SupplyVerse service: running price analyses, generating should-cost breakdowns, drafting challenge emails, and showing your analysis history. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (neon.tech) in the US East region. Sessions are encrypted with HMAC-SHA256. All connections use TLS.
We use: Anthropic (Claude AI) for natural language processing, metals-api.com and metals.dev for commodity price data, and Vercel for hosting. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@supplyverse.co.
Analysis data is retained for as long as your account is active. Sessions expire after 30 days. Deleted accounts and their data are permanently removed within 30 days.
We use a single essential cookie for authentication (session token). No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
